no refund policy

All services are non-refundable once rendered.If you experience significant lash loss (approximately 25 or more lashes), we are happy to offer a complimentary fix with the original service provider.

•   Lash loss must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment
•  The complimentary fix must be scheduled within 3 days of the original appointment
• After 24 hours, the client is fully responsible for the care and maintenance of their lashes
• This policy is offered in place of refunds
